As a Part Time Member Experience Associate, you will be scheduled to work 25-29 hrs. per week. We provide a premium of $1 an hour in addition to the posted hourly rate to our part time associates.

Our financial center lobby hours are as follows:
Monday-Friday– 9:00am -5:00pm
Saturday - 9:00am – 1:00pm

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Servicing member’s basic  transactional needs
  • Conducting general account maintenance
  • Earning and maintaining Financial Wellness counselor certification in order to assist members in realizing their long-term financial goals
  • Utilizing our Member Engagement Model to determine member needs and developing appropriate credit solutions
  • Following up on loan applicants and ultimately closing loans.
  • Keeping current on all FCFCU products and services
  • Utilizing Smartphones and tablets in order to personally demonstrate alternative banking channels including mobile and online banking.
  • Maintaining knowledge of fundamentals of lending, loan documentation and corresponding loan compliance (obtain NMLS license)
  • Making appropriate referrals to Mortgage and Investment specialist
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving while handling member objections

We require the following skills and experience:

  • 1-2 years retail or customer service experience
  • High School diploma
  • Basic computer and keyboarding skills
  • Strong oral and written communications
