As our Brand & Media Creative Lead, you will translate First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union’s marketing strategy and campaign messaging into visually compelling brand and multimedia experiences across all marketing channels. 

This role leads the visual expression of the First Commonwealth brand through design, video, photography, and multimedia storytelling. The position works closely with marketing leadership and the marketing team to bring campaigns and strategic initiatives to life through modern, video-first and digital-first creative formats.

What you will do:

The Brand & Media Creative Lead serves as the credit union’s steward of brand design and visual standards, ensuring consistent and effective application of the organization’s brand identity across all marketing and communication channels.

With minimal supervision, the Brand & Media Creative Lead interprets campaign briefs and strategic direction to develop creative concepts and multimedia assets that support membership growth, product utilization, brand awareness, and member engagement.The role collaborates with internal partners and external creative vendors to deliver high-quality visual content and multimedia experiences aligned with First Commonwealth’s marketing strategy by:

•    Translating First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union’s marketing strategy and campaign messaging into visually compelling multimedia assets across digital, social media, website, email, video, print, presentations, and in-center channels.
•    Leading the creative development and visual execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring creative assets support campaign objectives and align with brand standards.
•    Developing video-first marketing content including member testimonials, brand storytelling, product education, campaign media, and community impact stories designed for modern digital and social platforms.
•    Producing multimedia content from concept through execution including filming, editing, motion graphics, and post-production.
•    Serving as the credit union’s steward of visual brand standards including logos, typography, color systems, photography style, and visual design elements, ensuring consistent application across all marketing materials.
•    Developing visually engaging marketing assets across channels including website, social media, email marketing, digital advertising, presentations, and in-center displays.
•    Collaborating closely with the Content Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to translate campaign messaging and editorial content into visually engaging multimedia assets.
•    Working with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop visual storytelling content highlighting member experiences, financial wellness initiatives, community partnerships, and organizational impact.
•    Collaborating with and provides creative direction to external vendors including photographers, videographers, designers, and production partners when required.
•    Developing visual content for digital displays and in-center messaging platforms.
•    Supporting the marketing team in maintaining visually engaging and brand-consistent website and landing page content.
•    Recording and editing video and audio assets for marketing campaigns, brand storytelling initiatives, and member communications.
•    Staying current on emerging design, multimedia, and social media trends to continuously evolve the credit union’s creative approach.
•    In partnership with Compliance, ensuring all marketing assets meet regulatory requirements and are reviewed and updated as needed.
•    Managing marketing campaigns and special projects as assigned, ensuring creative deliverables are completed on time and meeting project objectives and performing other duties as assigned.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

•    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, advertising, film production, multimedia, or related field 
•     3+ years of experience in multimedia design, video production, or creative marketing roles
•    Demonstrated experience producing video and visual media for print, digital, and social platforms
•    Extensive experience using Adobe Creative Cloud tools for multimedia production
•    Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, brand design, and video production capabilities
•    Demonstrated ability to translate marketing strategy into creative visual assets
•    Strong visual storytelling and design skills across video, photography, and motion graphics 
•    Hands-on experience producing social-first, short-form video for digital and mobile platforms 
•    Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud; familiarity with modern and AI-assisted creative tools 
•    Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visual content 
•    Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills 

Preference will be given to those who have: 

•    Previous experience in financial services marketing or advertising agency environment
•    Experience producing social-first and short-form video content
•    Experience using AI-assisted creative tools in multimedia production workflows
•    Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns or marketing automation initiatives
•    Proficiency with creative collaboration tools such as Figma or similar platforms
•    Adobe certifications or related creative industry certifications
